A Pineapple Passion Fruit Smoothie that’s great for digestion and the GI tract as well as lifting the immune system. One of my favorites for breakfast or a mid-morning or mid-day snack.

Pineapple Passion Fruit Smoothie

Serving Size: 8 ounces

Ingredients

  • 1/2 bag frozen pineapple (or 1 cup fresh)
  • 1/2 cup mango
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup passion fruit yogurt (or vegan friendly option but add 1 passion fruit in)

Instructions

  1. Peel the banana
  2. Add all ingredients in the blender
  3. Blend all ingredients until smooth and enjoy
