Apple, Peanut Butter, Banana
Protein, potassium, Vitamin A, B, & C. This Power Packed smoothie makes a great breakfast, post workout smoothie, or a sweet craving cure.
- 2 Apples
- 2 TBS Peanut Butter
- 1 Banana
- Clean and core the apples
- Juice the two apples
- Add juiced apple, the banana and peanut butter to the blender
- Blend and enjoy.
*You can always just use milk and throw all ingredients in a blender for a whole food smoothie.
