Peaches and Cream Smoothie

Forget mixing protein powder with just milk, have fun with the powders by adding in some fruit.  This peaches and cream smoothie is just one of the many ways to drink your protein smoothie as well as get a full serving of fruit.

Peaches have vitamins A, C, E and K, niacin, folate, iron, choline, potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, manganese, zinc and copper. They’re great for skin health, kicking free radical butt (like cancer cells), and heart health.

Protein is great for building and repairing tissues, but not muscle. I know many people like to think it builds muscle, but it doesn’t. Only lifting weights build muscle. Don’t believe me? Read it in this article on the Misconceptions of protein. Protein is also necessary for cell structure.

Biotrust Protein Powder is a supplemental protein for those who may not want to eat meat, or need a quick meal on the go that has protein and carbs in it to keep up energy. Missing meals is a terrible thing to do. The body doesn’t make protein naturally, so you should eat it at least three times a day to give the body what it needs to keep functioning.
