This Kale Carrot Ginger Juice Recipe is a detoxifying healthy beverage that tastes great. Kale is a cruciferous vegetable that will help prevent or kick cancer butt. The vitamins and minerals  in kale are so rich they provide anti-cancer support, antioxidant health, anti-inflammatory support, and promote cardiovascular support. Carrots have similar properties like kale and are nourishing but taste sweeter. Ginger is anti-inflammatory and a very flavorful addition to any juice!

Kale, Carrot, Ginger Juice

Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch Kale
  • 12 Carrots
  • 1/2 inch nub of Ginger

Directions:

  1. Clean the carrots, kale, and ginger.
  2. Peel the ginger and cut top and bottom of carrots off.
  3. Juice kale, carrot, and ginger.
  4. Enjoy!
