Juice Recipe #1 Minted Beet Lemonade

  • 2-3 Beets
  • 1-2 Lemons (or just one large one)
  • 1 Bunch of Mint

Juice Recipe #2 Apple Fennel Greens

  • Mixed leafy greens (spinach, mustard greens, kale, dandelion greens, green leaf beet tops)
  • 2 Apples
  • Bunch of fennel tops or use the fennel bulb

Juice Recipe #3 Carrot Apple Greens

  • 4 Big carrots or 8-10 small juicing carrots
  • 1-2 Apples
  • Mixed Leafy Greens (spinach, mustard greens, kale, dandelion greens, green leaf beet tops)

Recipe #4 Apple Mint Lemon Carrot Fennel Beets

  • 1 Apple
  • 1 Bunch Mint
  • 6-8 small juicing carrots or 4 large ones
  • 1/2 of a fennel bulb
  • 3 Golden Beets
