Help with Poop Smoothie Recipes

Need a little help with poop? Are you smelly, stocked up, or too loose? Either way I’ve got just the right smoothie and the juice.

Relieve Constipation with the Loose Juice Recipe:

  • 1 Stalk of Kale
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 Apple
  • 2 Carrots
  • 1-2 TBS Flax oil
  • 1 TBS Aloe Juice

Juice all ingredients (except the aloe and flax), after juicing add the aloe and flax, stir it up and enjoy!

Help Smelly Poo with Freshie Juice Recipe:

  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 2 Carrots
  • 2 Celery stalks
  • 1-2 TBS Aloe Juice

Juice all ingredients except the aloe juice, unless you are using an actual aloe plant, then juice it. Add aloe juice to the juiced veggies, stir well and enjoy.

Stop Diarrhea with the Bind it Up Recipe:

  • 1 cup Oatmilk
  • 1/2 cup Oats
  • 1/4 cup Pre & Probiotic So Delicious Coconut Milk
  • 1 Banana
  • 3 TBS Yogurt

Place all ingredients in the blender, blend until smooth and enjoy. Add cinnamon or peanut butter if you desire additional flavors.

    I made the loose juice recipe this morning, I was surprised at how good it tasted. I am always nervous when using flax oil because it is such a strong taste, but the lemon really helps cut the taste of the flax. I actually didn’t choose this recipe to loosen my poop, I chose it because it seems like a nice cleansing juice, while also being a good source of omega’s. Thanks Heather for the wonderful recipe!
