Okay so maybe I was cleaning out my fridge or maybe I was just in the mood for an easy vegetable juice recipe with kale (a little of column A and a little of column B) regardless, this is one simple juice that is simply healthy and tastes good.
Juicing does not have to be complicated and overdone. Take any three or four veggies that sound like they make a good combination and then juice or blend them. Really, that’s how simple it is to juice daily. Some juice sites go overboard with 7 different ingredients, and while that can be fun and tasty, is it always necessary? No. A serving of vegetables is a serving of vegetables, no matter what combination. Now of course various combinations are more fun, adventurous and delicious than others, but does that mean you have to do that everyday if you just don’t have the time? Again, No. Go for what’s convenient for you, go for what you like, and really…. go for what you can afford.
Apples, carrots, celery, cucumber, and kale.
