A blackberry apple pear beet juice recipe that has antioxidants that are great for slowing the aging process, reducing toxins, and helping with keeping blood pressure low.

This is actually a purple juice (although I say red in the video because that’s what I anticipated) but it’s great for heart health and a good source of antioxidants.
- 2 Red Pears
- 2 Red apples
- 1 Beet
- 1 pint Blackberries
- Leave the peels on the apples and pears, but wash thoroughly
- Peel the beet
- Chop the beets, pears, and apples into 1/4 inch chunks
- Juice in alternating order
- Pour water through at the very end to push the blackberry puree through
