Avocado Vegetable Juice Recipe

If you’re looking for a vegetable juice recipe and wonder how the avocado can possibly be in this, well it’s all possible thanks to slow masticating juicers. With a slow masticating juicer, like Hurom or JuicePresso, they’re able to turn a banana or avocado into a puree. When the puree goes into the juice, you then give it a good stir and you basically have something similar to smoothie. Juices with avocado or banana just give the drink a thicker consistency, but it still tastes wonderful.

Avocados have vitamins C, E, and K as well as minerals like potassium and folate. They are a great source of antioxidants that are beneficial for heart health, blood sugar regulation, and anti-inflammatory benefits.

This recipe is a mix of vegetables but also includes one apple and some ginger in order to give the juice a boost of flavor. Most people don’t like the taste of vegetable juices, so to spruce it up, adding fruits can help. I personally love vegetable juice blends, and if you do too, you may not even need to add the sweet flavor of an apple nor the spicy zest of the ginger. Ginger, apple, kale would be great, but that’s the one vegetable/leafy green flavor I actually don’t care for; it’s just so bitter and I’ll do anything to mask that flavor.
