About Almond Milk

If you are going to make a dairy free switch, I highly recommend doing it with almond milk. It has a great taste, consistency, and is the healthiest alternative. Because Soy can produce too much estrogen (not good for men!) and could lead to weight gain if consumed too much, almond milk is a great alternative for those trying to loose weight. There’s so much to know about almond milk!

I LOVE almond milk and was extremely excited to find out about this new line of almond milk products by So Delicious. I was already a fan of the coconut products, so when an employee of  So Delicious informed me of the products, I had no doubt I’d be impressed.

Along with the courtesy notification, this lovely lady sent me some coupons (which I will be doing a give away on & a free product is part of the deal). I am impressed with the products, but I also have to say I’m very impressed with the people who work for So Delicious. They are always cheerful, courteous, responsive, and very helpful.

Almond Milk

AMAZING- Nuff said.

Okay I do have more to say… their almond milk is a great source of additional protein. I have tried the original, unsweetened, and the vanilla and of course I LOVE them all. I was an advocate for Diamond Breeze, which is a good product, but I can honestly tell you NOT to waste your time with Silk Products which I find the taste to be unnatural and slimy. I would like to see So Delicious make an Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk & Chocolate Milk like Diamond Breeze, so I can buy it from them!

Almond Milk Ice Cream

If you’re impressed with the So Delicious Coconut Milk ice cream, be prepared to be even more amazed with the line of Almond Milk products! HOLY CANNOLI…. YUM YUM YUMMY. This is my new dairy free alternative ice cream go to. I have tried almost all of the products expect Mint Chip & Cookies-n-Cream, which both need to be in my house right away once I find those little gems. Oh and even though I’m allergic to coffee, I took one bite of the Mocha Almond Fudge (then my friends and the kids enjoyed it) it was extremely evilly delicious.

I tried the ice cream products out on the pickiest little eaters… KIDS! Check out the video below.

Because almonds are naturally very nutritious, almond milk doesn’t need to be fortified. You can make almond milk yourself at home, and it will have the same nutritional value as the almond milk available commercially.
